1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or booking any service with Eventor Tourism, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service, our Cancellation & Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website or book our services.

2. Booking Confirmation

A booking becomes confirmed immediately upon successful payment and receipt of a booking confirmation from Eventor Tourism.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their booking details upon receipt and notifying us promptly of any errors.

3. Pricing & Availability

All prices displayed on our website are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.

While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, Eventor Tourism reserves the right to correct pricing errors, typographical mistakes, or inaccurate information at any time.

If a booking has been made using an incorrect price due to an obvious error, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and issue a full refund.

Availability of tours and activities is subject to operational capacity.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide accurate booking information.
Arrive at the designated pickup or meeting point on time.
Follow all instructions provided by Eventor Tourism staff and guides.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.
Treat staff, guides, equipment, vehicles, and fellow guests with respect.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they meet any eligibility requirements stated on the relevant tour page.

5. Health & Fitness

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of participating in the booked activity.

Before participating, guests must disclose any relevant medical conditions, including but not limited to:

Pregnancy
Heart conditions
Serious injuries
Disabilities
Any other condition that may affect safe participation

Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in refusal of participation without refund where participation could compromise the safety of the guest or others.

6. Minors

Guests under the applicable minimum age for an activity may not participate unless specifically permitted on the product page.

Minors must:

Be accompanied by a responsible adult where required.
Have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Meet all minimum age requirements applicable to the activity.

7. Safety

Guest safety is our highest priority.

Participants must comply with all safety instructions, wear any required safety equipment, and follow the directions of our guides at all times.

Eventor Tourism reserves the right to refuse or terminate participation without refund if a guest:

Is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Behaves abusively or aggressively.
Endangers themselves, staff, or other guests.
Refuses to comply with safety instructions.
Refuses to wear required safety equipment.

8. Right to Refuse Service

Eventor Tourism reserves the right to refuse service or cancel participation where necessary to protect the safety, comfort, or experience of other guests or our staff.

9. Changes to Tours

While we aim to operate every tour exactly as advertised, Eventor Tourism reserves the right to modify:

Routes
Pickup times
Vehicles
Itineraries
Activity sequence

where reasonably necessary due to weather, traffic, operational requirements, safety considerations, or circumstances beyond our control.

Such changes shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.

10. Liability

Certain tours and outdoor activities involve inherent risks.

By participating, guests acknowledge these inherent risks and agree to follow all instructions provided by Eventor Tourism staff.

Eventor Tourism takes reasonable measures to operate activities safely. However, we shall not be liable for injuries, losses, delays, or damages resulting from:

Failure to follow safety instructions.
Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions.
Guest negligence.
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is prohibited under applicable law.

11. Personal Belongings

Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings during the tour.

Eventor Tourism shall not be responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property, including but not limited to:

Mobile phones
Cameras
Bags
Jewelry
Cash
Personal documents

12. Photography & Marketing

During certain tours, photographs or videos may be taken.

Eventor Tourism will always seek the guest's permission before using identifiable photographs or videos for marketing, promotional materials, social media, or our website.

Guests may decline such use without affecting their participation in the activity.

13. User Accounts

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Restricting access to your account.
All activity occurring under your account.

You must notify Eventor Tourism immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

14. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

Attempt fraud or fraudulent bookings.
Interfere with website security.
Upload malicious software or harmful code.
Reverse engineer or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website.
